Long days at convention booths and work trips on the road mean we could use a handy way to access the web, play videos, send out mailings, keep track of finances, and all that other good stuff that people do with those new fangled com-pu-tors. Ideally, a netbook with a 9-cell battery would last us a full day at a convention booth without access to electricity, and would be a great help to us for all our projects.
Our work in New Orleans takes a lot of organization and a lot of resources, and we'll need even more if we are to expand our work trips in the future. Being able to carry a number of people for a long distance would go a long way.
